We believe that LEGO is the perfect medium for learning and creativity for all ages. Obviously you believe that too or else you wouldn't be here!
We are meticulous with counts, taking great care to note the correct color and type of brick. Proper care is taken when packing your order, including a final recount for the quantity ordered. Everything is done in a clean, smoke and pet free environment.
Every effort to pack and ship your order within 24 hours (7 days a week except for holidays). We take great pride in getting your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible!
We are a registered and family owned business in the state of North Carolina. We use a full accounting and inventory system to make sure that your order is handled quickly and accurately. This means that you will receive a Brick Owl packing list as well as an invoice from us showing individual line items, and any shipping fees and applicable tax applied. We only ship orders paid in full.

We are excited to announce that we will now ship to and accept payments from locations other than the United States. Due to differences in shipping costs, you must use the quote shipping option when checking out so that we can give you an accurate cost of shipping the items to you.
